Return of goods
you can return the goods without giving a reason . You can withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with the Act on consumer protection in the case of distance sales of goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The goods you are returning must be undamaged, in their original condition with all tags and, if possible, in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will have to appropriately reduce the amount of the returned amount by the value of the damage incurred. This completed form must also be part of the package with the goods you are returning:

Goods complaint
In this case, the complaint procedure is simple:

You can apply for a claim within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods. We will properly register your complaint and assess it responsibly.
Within 3 days of delivery, we will contact you with a statement of how your complaint was handled. In the event that a more complex expert assessment of a product defect is required, the deadline is extended to 30 days. We will inform you about everything by e-mail or by phone .
